Cherry 2000 (1987)

A goofy post-apocalyptic film that I saw when I was a kid (what PA film didn’t I see when I was a kid?). After a clunky open it actually turned into a fairly good movie. Ben Johnson, simply by his presence, carried every scene he was in and created some nice dramatic tension here and there. Most everything else was way over-the-top. The Mustang was nice, though. Only see it if you have three different versions of Mad Max on your shelf.
